We have combined the wisdom of Thailand traditions and the most recent innovations in beauty industry. SIAM SPA Luxury Therapists are trained and certified at the best Academies in Thailand and have 10-15 years of experience. All Thai therapists possess extensive knowledge on anatomy, ancient techniques of traditional massage, ensuring that each spa experience is of a high level of consistency and quality. The whole SIAM SPA Luxury Therapists team has been accredited by The Union of Thai Traditional Medicine Society.

SIAM SPA Luxury membership
We highly recommend you to become a member of SIAM SPA Luxury, getting acquainted with general rules and filling in an application form. Becoming a member for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, you are free to use saunas, steam rooms, salt rooms, relaxation zones, SPA and Beauty Salon services from 09:00 am till 11:00 pm. Also, you have a chance to participate in especial promo actions and get additional privileges, specially designed for members by SIAM SPA Luxury.
HALO SPA (Salt therapy room)
Not surprisingly Almaty air is full of dust, harmful airborne, atmospheric pollutants, influencing negatively on our health. That is why we opened a new opportunity of effective application of such well-known natural factor as salt in SPA and wellness technologies. Application of natural salt as room aerosol atmosphere for lung clarification and sanitation as well as strengthening body's defence reaction (immunity) in HaloSPA.
Halotherapy helps to relieve of:
• chronic pulmonary diseases (asthma, pneumonia, bronchitis, cystic fibrosis).

Heat experiences
Our Sauna is designed to prepare you pre-treatment by cleansing the body, calming and soothing tired, aching muscles. The temperature is varied from 50 up to 90°C to satisfy each guest's individual needs.
Aroma steam room
Natural marble finished room which is heated to a temperature between 40 - 50°C with humidity set at 100%. Periodically releasing steam infused with aromatherapy oils, the Aroma Steam Room helps to cleanse and detoxify the skin, relax the mind and body in preparation for treatment.
Soliarium
An ultra-modern solarium LUXURA X10 is available in our SIAM SPA Luxury only.
A fresh tan shows that you are well-groomed, active and successful and gives you a healthy glow. SIAM SPA Luxury offers full service tanning in the solarium, which is the ideal holiday preparation and, when your holiday is over, also helps you to maintain your tan a little longer. We are dedicated to promoting moderate, sensible, responsible indoor tanning, while placing a high emphasis on customer service, quality and value.
SIAM Boutique offers the best luxurious brand of solarium cosmetics California TAN taking care about guests! Solarium cosmetics makes the sunbathing more safe, shortens the time of session, speeds up the process of skin getting brown, extends period of keeping suntan, protects from irritations, soreness, loss of wet and elasticity.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings and visit time
We highly recommend booking your treatments in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available.
If this is your first visit to SIAM SPA Luxury we will require you to fill in our Guest Questionnaire. This will also enable us to tailor your treatments to yours specific needs, so we recommend that you arrive at SIAM SPA Luxury 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
If you are a member of SIAM SPA Luxury feel free to relax in the Hammam, sauna, aroma steam room or exotic rain shower before your treatment. You may also enjoy complimentary Herbal refreshment in our Relaxation Room before your treatment begins. Your Therapist will then accompany you to your treatment room. After your treatment you are more than welcome to enjoy SIAM SPA Luxury Fresh Bar benefits!
Late arrivals
In case of your late arrival we reserve the right to decrease your treatment time (in case of next booking) and the full rate of the treatment will be charged. In other cases we recommend that you reschedule.
Cancellation policy
If you opt to reschedule or cancel your booking we request a minimum of 3 hours notice.
Extra time
In case you are not a SIAM SPA Luxury member in addition to your treatment time we allow 20 minutes. We are always happy to invite you to visit our luxury steam rooms, saunas, salt room to improve the efficiency and complete relaxation.
Jewellery & valuable belongings
While personal lockers are available, it’s better you leave all jewellery and valuables at Spa reception.
The garments are accepted and given back by tickets. In case of ticket loss, items will only be returned once a form of identification is presented.
Security
SIAM SPA Luxury is situated in the centre of the city, Rahat Palace Hotel, with external security, video cameras supervision and fast reaction group call.
Payment policy
We accept cash (local currency only) and credit cards. All prices in SIAM SPA Luxury are subject to 12%VAT.
Refund
SPA & Beauty treatments, memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
Health conditions
Kindly advise us of any health, allergies, operations or injuries, which could affect your service when making your spa reservation. Please note it is extremely important to advise if you are pregnant or suffer from high blood pressure.
Pregnancy
We have specially designed treatments for expectant women and nursing mothers. Please allow our Spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Meal recommendations
As many Spa treatments improve blood circulation and use pressure techniques we advise against eating a heavy meal before your treatment. A light snack is appropriate if you are hungry. We strongly advise against the intake of alcohol before any Spa treatment.
Changing facilities
All our treatment rooms are equipped with private changing facilities including wardrobes, grooming areas, showers and toilet. Whether you are visiting as a Rahat Palace hotel guest (feel free to wear your robe to the spa) or a non-hotel guest, your needs are taken care of.
Appropriate clothing
In order to provide that all our guests feel fully relaxed SIAM SPA Luxury is specially designed with separate zones of saunas, steam rooms, shower, relaxation areas for men and women.
During each massage or procedure the appropriate individual clothing is given to each client.
Electronic devices
This is your time to relax and rejuvenate.
Electronic devices, (including mobile telephones and PDAs) are permitted in the Spa area only “sound off” as these detract from your experience and also interrupt other guests in their enjoyment of the Spa.
Gift Certificate
The perfect gift for every occasion whether it’s a Birthday, Wedding Anniversary, or simply a special treat. You can make a present – gift certificate for a membership card (1, 2, 3, 4 and 12 months), daily entrance or any kind of procedure or package.
